I just wanted to stress that all of the wonderful photographs from the wedding below
were taken by Millie Holloman Photography. Millie and all of her coworkers are fabulous photographers with an eye for the unusual, and as you can see, a flair for design!

My blog limits me to 4000 characters, so I had to put this "Thank You" to Millie up here :)

Starfish2

Starfish  were part of the melody that was this wedding so I ordered these charming paper starfish to rest on each wine glass. They were adorned wiith the couples initials.

Ahhhh....chilling bubbly!

Pink was the order of the day.

White crystal bead shaded votives with mercury glass covered candles.

The terrace.

Beach chic, mother of pearl mosaic covered hurricanes and votives.

Roses swinging in etched glass vases lined the path to the tent

Signature beverage, southern sunset.

A plethora of bridesmaids bouquets!

A wedding march on the beach!

For the ring bearer we delicately affixed  tiny pearls on a conch
shell. This shell was recovered a couple of years ago on the beach of
Bald Head Island shortly after a hurricane.

Loved these placecards against the textured linens.

Kristin's initial in pearls.

Here are some photos, courtesy of Anne McGowan photography of our latest wedding. We really like Anne's eye for casual as well as formal shoots, please check out her website for more amazing photography!

The bride is a pilot - we had vintage balsa wood airplanes along with rose petals to throw at the end of the evening. What fun!
